Shipping of all puchases of baby clothes or other items will be by USPS unless some other way is requested by the customer.  I have found that the postal service is a good way to ship and they provide a tracking no.  We have a flat rate of 5.00 for shipping any purchase no matter how large or small.  If your order is over 100.00, your shipping is free.   It usually takes about 3 days for handling time on an order if everything is in stock.  If an item has to be back ordered, you will be notified and given the option of canceling your order within that 3 day handling time.

Orders can be placed at Caroline's Corner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on line.  You can also phone in an order to 501-329-6773.  If you get our voice mail, leave a short message and your phone number and we will get back with you as soon as we can.  The best way to get in touch with us is by email at d.ljackson@conwaycorp.net or ccc4kids@conwaycorp.net.  We want your business and we will take care of your message or question as quickly as possible.  We want you to be satisfied so that you will come back again and again for more fashionable baby clothes at prices you can afford.

Returns

 If you receive an item that is not the way it was described on our website, you can return this item within 7 days of receipt with tags still attached, not laundered or worn, and we will refund your money or send you another item, which ever you prefer.  We guarantee your satisfaction.  Return shipping is not refundable.  Please be sure that you notify us first before returning an item so we will be aware of the return.
